In the insert document pane, click on the desired document in the format of word. Word will automatically fill in the data that is specified in the text box. If the data that you want to enter is not available in the word data box, just type the number in the text box and then select the value from the drop-down menu. To create a document, just click the "new" button located on the data entry paragraph in the main menu.
As you select a template in the main menu, a dialog box will appear. Name the document and choose the location where you want the document to be saved - either in your primary microsoft word document or in your folder of the outlook program. Type a meaningful name for the document, one that reflects the purpose of the document. Enter a description of the document and choose the action that will replace the existing contents.
